Abstract (in inglese)
This paper aims to highlight the evolutionary trends of the Israeli system of government, through a reconstruction of the constitutional chronicle of the last two years until the return to power of Netanyahu, following the elections of October 2022. The surprising parable of the Bennett-Lapid Government, which ended in June of the same year, thus becomes the inspiration to investigate on some devices in Israeli parliamentary system, including constructive no-confidence vote and agreements for rotation governments. This reflection must count today with the climax in the conflict between politics and the judiciary, in the light of the controversial constitutional amendments promoted by the new Netanyahu Government.
