Abstract (in inglese)
The author examines the influence of technological innovation on organization and administrative activity. The analysis focuses in particular on the performance activity and on the exercise of the authoritative powers of the PA. As for the first, the provision of bureaucratic services and online public services is specifically dealt with due to the CAD discipline, highlighting how access to these services is a component of digital citizenship. The second part of the essay is dedicated, instead, to the relationship between the exercise of public power and automated decisions in the light of administrative jurisprudence. In this regard, the Author does not fail to point out how recourse to the robotic decision risks undermining the guarantees of the private sector with regard to the PA and the principle of due administrative procedure.
